Official: Base Locations Pt 2
this is part 2 of a very large cp-moving poll.
the bases south of new tassagrad. the CP for this base has not yet been built
South-West
East of New Suez. you may vote not to go there at all.
East of TBIBTU? you may vote not to go there at all.
East of Concordia? yes or no.
i don't know if any pods are in production in any of these bases, but the F7 screen said we had several in production, so this must mean queues, as i didn't see any in the F4 screen. and i...just won't go through every single base's build queues

SW: red gives us access to the southern seas, and untold possibilities for exploration and contact.
E. of New Suez is essential to stem further Morganic expansion. Red gives us the least overlap, a seacoast, and proximity to Morgan's nearest base.
E. of TBIBTU still have too much black. There might be enough land for two bases, or sunseen specials. I think there should be a base there (write-in wasn't an option for that one), but not until we've seen more.

As it seems there's a large majority for building a base east of Concordia, I'd like to propose considering bulding such a base one tile more into the NW. That way more land (and the energy special) will be included in the base radius, at the cost of a mere overlap of one tile (which will probaby be crawled anyway).

I'd say crawl the energy to a base built as an energy powerhousee, to have the TOE and Supercolider.
