Yes, this was a repost of the (very long) Dictionary of Smac posting from the old Firaxis forums. But the html I had to use to get it to work on the crufty old UBB version there doesn't seem to work here.
But if you want to post new definitions here, by all means do so.
sporadicated
What happens to all the terraforming around one of your bases after a spore launcher has been camping in the fungus nearby for a few turns. The launcher 'sporadicates' every trace of human development.
