Certainly. As sooon as you successfully add a new unit it will appear in the Civilopedia. You just have to enter some text for it in the Civilopedia.txt file.

Is it that easy? WOW!  Does it work with the original Civ3 too? I haven't got PTW yet(waiting in expentation for Christmas Eve!  ), so currently I have just that.

There's a slight difference between 1.29f and PTW but it's essentially the same for both.
