Beer beer beer, makes you want to cheer.
Also margaritas, Jack n' Coke, Rum n' Coke, SoCo straight up, those lemony malted drinks (quality's not the best, but they're great for quantity), screwdrivers, martinis, and pinot grigio.

They're all completely foul. But in forcing myself to suffer by drinking draught bitter and canned lager I become closer to God.

Bordeaux wines (particularly Puligny-Montrachet, Pouilly-Fuisse, Pauillac, and St Emilion);
certain beers with attitude: Noche Buena (limited production Christmas beer here), real Hefe-Weissen, IPA's, stouts and oatmeal stouts, some of the Belgian fruited beers;
good bourbon straight up (don't care if they call it Tennesee or Kentucky whiskey, it's still bourbon), particularly Jack Daniel's single barrel reserve.
Fruity mixed drinks are for.... er, um, can't say that here. Red_jon would be offended.

A man after my own heart
I guess the chances of finding one of those beers you mentioned this far north are none too good.

While not as potent as Everclear, I used to drink Bacardi 151 proof rum. The only thing that can begin to cut it is orange juice, but you could still smell it from a good 5 feet away. And they used to (don't know if they still do) sell this in bars in Vancouver. Very good bang for your buck.

I haven't dealt with Everclear since my year at North Carolina State. Caused more cases of alcohol poisoning and caused more failing grades than you can shake a stick at.
It (and Bacardi 151) are good for giving weak beer a kick, though.

Bourbon and coke, rum and coke, black sambuca, black russians.
Beer is of course weak and tastes disgusting besides.

Sung to the tune in the Sound of Music:
Doh, a beer, I need a new beer!
Ray, go get me some more beer!
Me, the guy that drinks the beer!
Far, the distance to the beer!
So, I'll have another beer,
La, la la la la la laa!
Tea, no thanx I'll have a beer!
Which will bring us back to Doh!
