Important new threads
As Zaphod was suggesting, I think we should have a thread to note what new threads you are posting to avoid people missing an important one.
The idea is that when you make a new thread you post a link to it in this thread. Everyone can subscribe to this thread and be notified by e-mail about new ones.

can we debate this first? if people have free time, they should stop by and glance at the forums, it only takes ~30 seconds anyways. and if people only show up when a thread is first made, they're going to miss out on a lot of debate, and we're going to need debate to keep the game interesting. We need active posters
