Is there an updated version of Harlan's scen or no? Wasn't there something with new graphics at least?

There's a LOTR scenario at Cradle of Civilization. I seem to remember that it was based on Harlan's scenario. Maybe that's what you're thinking of.

There are actually 4 versions. I think Spanish Civ and Scenario collection have 4.0.

I remember there being a version with updated graphics. If I am not mistaken, updated meant that Civ2's Classical cities were replaced with Minoan ones, etc.
Harlan's versions go up to 4.0 and, IIRC, Harlan's 4.0 was released after the third-party updated version.
