At second glance it appears that a lot of them are off... by an hour for most it seems.
Also, I didn't know Togas was GMT -9? Isn't that Alaska time?

I guess Borc was confused between GMT and his own CET (Central Europe Time I think, the Berlin-Madrid hour) time. California is CET -9.

the time zones are not important for the counter... because every team can tell me if they want to change the 7 green hours... (some teams already did)...

Hi Borc. Vox is changing it's players again. Can you move Dissident up to first spot - and I will take over second (GMT-5) - on your chart.
Many thanks!!

If we conquer a city, do we "liberate" some time?

Well, physicists currently hold the opinion that space and time are bound, so technically, the answer would be yes.

But wait a minute. Can conquering a city cause space and time not to be bound anymore?

So wait, if that's true, then what happens if someone were to say, oh, I don't know, raze a city? Does that mean Lux has been leaving temporal upheavals in their wake this entire time?

Well, you see, that's the funny thing about time.
You can't cheat time, you just can't. If you go back in time and change something, you'll find out that the order of events was already adjusted to your change before you've made it. If you "raze time", it won't make a difference because time was already adjusted for your change and the disturbance will have been nullified by forces of normality.
The course of events is predefined, and it all fits like a jigsaw puzzle in the end of time.
Feeling insignificant already?

Maybe Lux’s hours can be divided among the other teams, with the excess minutes to the team with the least time.

I don't think anyone needs more time on the counter at the moment.
