You know what? Infogrames had the correct release date.
Yup you herd it first. Infogrames had the correct release dat for MOO3 correct all this time. It was a typo that was wrong thats all.
To all the people who got Civ3 saw the advertisment on the back of the manual but it was a typo. it said 1Q of 2002, but should have siad 1Q 2003.

I took it H Tower was talking about infogreed.
They don't believe details are important - such as the Civ3 "developers notes" actually being "note from a developer".
