I'd say Britain does. Plenty of meaning behind it and it just looks plain cool.

I dunno bout the Cross of St George (English), I like the Union Jack better. The crosses together symbolises a lot too.

I think the confederate states of america flag looked cool. The one on top of the General Lee in the Dukes of Hazard. But then again I may just be a dukes of hazard fan.
