where did their bodies go??
in the red circles, you can see the top portions of my paratroops that i had just fortified on german land. normally i'd expect to see them striking a pose but instead i only see the top portions of their bodies.

has anyone else seen this?

If you simply attach it as you would any other file (don't use the [img] tag), the jpeg will be displayed as an image and not a d/l link.

check the ini file of the unit in question to see which flc is being used for the fortify animation.

the terrain is snoopy's i think. anyway, i know it's not the default terrain as i felt that was too plain. Snoopy made some awesome terrain graphics so if you haven't gotten them, you should.

i'll check out the ini file for the FLC in question but honestly it shouldn't have changed. i never touched the paratrooper files and i don't see how any other changes i made (all thru the editor) would have had any impact on the unit.

on that note, what exactly should i be looking for in the ini file? i know what an flc file does but i can't open that or debug it.

1. Go to the Paratrooper folder in Art\Units
2. Paratrooper.ini should open with Notepad
3. Go to where it says FORTIFY=
4. Next to that it should say ParatrooperFortify.flc
5. I imagine it actually says ParatrooperDrop.flc

thanks Zulu for your help. i checked the file as noted but alas, it is not listed incorrectly. the paratrooper.flc file shows fortify=ParatrooperFortify.flc - i can't seem to find anything wrong with the file.

i am rather stumped about this.
