It seems we still need one more governor for a new region, south of the Freshwater Sea.

My normal name on the net is Akizeta (though obviously I couldn't use it here) and so it's from the Aki part. It's also a reference to Akira, which was the first film that really facinated me (I was about 6 at the time). And, far more importantly, I thought it sounded good.
