I have heard that New Zealand is real hard to immegrate to (I have freinds that want to, but cannot)

yeah we have most of those things. Well I haven't set foot in a libarary in quite a long time. But we do have internet access that is free (you may have to wait or schedule a time). Not sure what you mean about loans. We have banks for that

. I think you can renew checked out books. But I don't even have a libary card- so may not be the best authority on that. There may be a limit, but it is pretty high.

Linux? possibly. DVD's. I doubt they have that though. We just have music cd's. DVD rentals are big business- and they would never offer something like that for free.

NZ generally acccepts those with skills or tertiary qualifications of some degree (unintentional pun, HA!). Or those refugees that nasty little Johnny Howard turns away so cruelly.
