It's ~4º C in Amsterdam. It's dry right now, but we've been experiencing some light drizzle the last few days.
It was pretty cold ten days ago, but then the wind changed, and the temperature rose.

-27 C when I walked off the night-train this morning. My week at my mothers was in the tropical parts of southern Sweden so I wasn't prepared for it. Oh well not that bad, at least it wasn't blowing.

Yep, It wasn't that bad actually. When I was leaving a week ago it was just -15 but it was blowing as well (not that much mind you but a little wind is bad enough) and that was much worse.

Kropotkin, oh man you guys have it bad!
I just checked, it's -22C in here, it's pretty cold yes.
I'm having a Buffy-marathon, so I'm wearing only boxers, so everytime I go for a smoke outside.. well it's freezy! Of course I put my shirt on, but still.. standing there for 3-4 minutes really wakes you up.

Grey, about 5 degrees, a little bit of a wind and light rain every now and then. Nothing unusual for the time of the year, really.

33 F, mostly clear, air not too dry or humid.
Quite pleasant for a late December morning in New Jersey.

My friends just called from Lappland, they asked me to join there for NYE celebration and skiing, but I had to turn it down. Now I'm glad I did. They say it's gonna be -30-40 C tomorrow. NICE!

You know, tomorrow it'll be just as cold as today, but the youth'll still be drinking themselves outside their skulls, since it's the NYE...

It's really sad with those teenagers that drink to much on NYE. They should learn from their elders, like me. I've only got a 70cl bottle of Tullamore Dew to consume. That's what I call adult behavior. Read and learn kids!

2 days ago I left my apartment around ~4am and drove to my parents' house (where I'm now). The next day I remembered that I had left a window open in the kitchen... needless to say that it was quite cool day to cook...
