So you want to join the January Government, huh?
We have no where close to a full cabinet unfortunately, with several key positions still open. Here's your chance to get in without even having to go through an election.
I talked to ixnay already, and he's willing to take Science, so that leaves Imperial Expansion, Vice president and Historian open. None of these are extremely important to the game, but it would be great if we had a historian willing to do some work, its been a while since our last, Shade I think?
And for those who actually went through the process of getting elected, I'll need your email addresses so I can send you the game. here or by pm would be fine.
And can I have the december cabinet's reports? this way I can play starting at midnight tonight

I'll volunteer to serve as VP again, just so that in case of problems, there is someone designated to function as President.

The job of Historian is to convert the reports of the President and also the general discussion into a narrative story relating the history of our Civ.
Some in the past have done it seriously, some humorously; that part doesn't mater too much. But it takes a lot of researching the threads to do properly.
I encourage you to try this if you are interested.

looks too time consuming for me at present time, given current circumstances, and i certainly wouldn't want to do a half-assed job

I look forward to serving another term as science minister. I'll try and get a poll put up in the next couple of days.

you did get the game then? If any of the other ministers complain that they didn't get it, would you kindly send it their way? I'm going to be gone skiing until Saturday night, with no internet access.
Which is why I didn't try to find a nominee for Foriegn minister, but if someone wants to volunteer for any of the open positions, it would be much appreciated. It's very early thursday, I want to play again either Sunday night or monday afternoon, I hope all reports will be in by then I'm going to be busy monday night and in no condition to play civ the next morning

NEWS: F***UP OF A COMMISSIONER MAKES COMEBACK
H Tower told me about this on AIM.
I'll take Foreign Minister.
This is a bit worrying though. I wonder if we're going to make it to the end of this game.
