Newton requests College in Capitol

Capitol has built all needed city infrastructure. Accordingly we have selected caravans to consume city production. Should we use these caravans to increase our trade, or begin construction of Newton's? Alternatively, we could use other caravans produced to rush Newton's more quickly.

So what do the people think? Vote now and decide!

its never wise to "let" the capital build much of anything, if you want newtons build the damm thing....

Well i dont' like to tie my capital up by building anything, i tend to rush as much as i can, ie caravans for instant wonder, incremental buying of troops after one turn, buty buildings after one turn....the capital can do so much more this way, as it tends to be large and have an abundance of both shields and/science
