Sorry for the delay here, but we're having an issue in the Xmas Imperialism PBEM. I just wanted to get the last information there before deciding wether to continue playing PBEM where Galvatron is involved.
Well, I won't. It's him or me as I strongly condemn cheating (in my opinion it just ruins multiplayer communities).
Please let me know your opinion now.

After lengthy negotiations, Russian and French diplomats had drafted a mutual protection alliance to ensure the balance of power in Europe. The Tsar hopes the recent upheaval in the French cabinet will not legitimize this agreement.
In other news, unrest and disorder in the Balkans has prompted the Tsar to send an expeditionary force to restore order and assemble a pan-Slavic general government.
