Blunder in Chinese Goverment Offices
In a serious administrative ****-up, several key documents were mislaid by junior Communist Party officials. These documents were so key to the workngs of the Chinese nation that no action can be taken by any of the government branches until their recovery. The junior officials have been dismissed and the Communist Party is activley seeking private sector help in order to solve the crises and recover the documents.

Well, well, so the chinese are suffering from their corrupt Auto-Bureaucratic system? Do you need help from western NGO's to teach you how to lead an organization.
Meanwhile there have been some changes in the governmental structures of the EU. It is now called a 'Federation of States' and Brussels has been nominated Capital of the European Union.
Differences and quarrels between the individual states are past and history. Local governments concede part of their power to Brussels. This is how Europe was always meant to be.
Charlemagne, the Romans and their likes would be proud of us!
