Looks honest to me. The absense of a link to Apolyton is pretty weird but the writer is French and (with the splendid exception of La Fayette) the French do seem to stay in their own bit of the internet for some reason (love of the french language, I guess).
I wonder if it might be a bit basic tho' - e.g. "explains the improvements in detail".
Still, perhaps there would be some gems in there.
If the writers are still playing they might want to come over and join in some of our debates here.
