Caravan Quantities

How many cities should be building Vans? The trade ministry would like to significantly increase trade routes in the cities that lack them, creating science bonuses and increased arrows.

What say the ppl?

If we rush along some of the improvements, we should have no problem churning out caravans.

We have 4 cities producing caravans which will only increase as time goes on.

As for specific cities, HTower will have to decide whether it is more beneficial to finish city infrastructure or to build the demanded caravan.

AGREED, infastructure is needed, but then maxing out vans is a smart idea for the routes, and some others for SS parts or wonders
