I believe this is an earlier version, ask Academia if it matters to use 0.3...?

??? You have an agreement with him that you'd play his turn, right???
We should also post a player needed announcement, IMHO.

DEAR SIRS:
(This is simply a formalization of the current situation)
I apologize that I cannot fulfill my term as Executive Chairman of SEATO. The delay on my part was strictly inexcusable, and I ask for all of your apologies.
Perhaps someday we shall meet again in a PBEM, until then...
Sincerely yours,
Iron Chancellor

One delay is no big deal, Iron Chancellor. I know I still want you to play this PBEM if you can.

Ok, my point being: Is Iron Chancelor ok with Choke having played his turn as SEATO?
Is his departure definite- does he wish to play his turn instead of Choke (unlikely)?
If this is so, shouldn't we post for a replacement first?
Then I'll post the Arab turn, which I have ready but I do not wish to have to replay it because of some petty missunderstanding.

I hate to be the voice in the wilderness...
Since IC hasn't objected yet I decided to post the turn anyway, so we can get back on track. But we HAVE to get a SEATO player!
As SEATO declared war on the unaligned, we decided to settle our scores with them aswell. Expanded in Africa, while the AI kept asking for a ceasefire. After taking Mogadishu, we agreed to grant them one. He's not gonna keep it, which suits us just fine.
Got all kinds of free tech. Nice, for a civ in fundy.
As for the war in Europe, frankly we don't give a damn.
That's other people's business.
Let the first and second world fight it out, in the third world we 've got mouths to feed first.

Oh, I joined SEATO's war against the "Neutrals, who were violating my borders in Iran (a tank), Ethiopia (some artiliery),Sudan (a ZSU) and Mauritania, I think. So I had my reasons. Besides, since SEATO attacked both the USSR and the Neutrals, I thought it was wiser to pick my fights.

What I meant is if the Arabs don't attack the USSR, they don't get any Soviet territory.
