We are currently at war with the Spartan Federation. Do the people of the UN Peacekeepers want to end this war, or shall we continue until one of us is wiped from the face of the planet?

Continue this war only as long as we have to -- don't give into demands, but don't make them either. They might be misguided, but they are still human beings. With time, all can be brought under the banner of the UN PK's. Let's not bring them under with the hammer, the scythe and the bundle of rods, but under the dove and the olive branch.
