A Tip on Clearing PMs
Second try. Connection timed out while I was typing.
I figured I'd post this in a thread and perhaps save some new (and old) officials some trouble. By default, your PM box only displays messages from a certain period (in mine, the last 100 days). To see (and be able to delete) all PMs, set the drop-down box on the left side of the screen to "the beginning".
This may change when you move between folders; I don't remember, but check this.

Kloreep is absolutley right. This once happened to me (forgot to toggle the period of PMs shown), and it eventually caused me to miss one or two important PMs when I only freed up about half the space I had -- quite annoying . Good thought to point it out, Kloreep.

The other thing is, clear your message tracking too.

What difference does message tracking do?

I would assume they're counted in your 150 (or whatever it is) message limit, even though they're not in your message count on the main & forum page

Thanks, I didn't realize how many old PMs were in my box (or that copies of messages sent were placed in my box either.)

I think stopping message tracking for old messages that you don't care about anymore clears space as well.
