We are a member of the ODSN. You asked for an agreement that New Elysium shall be allowed to lease 5 military basesa round the region. Ergo, Centralis is involved in this decision.

Now, if you can negotiate with foreign governments to build military bases in their countries, fine. Go right ahead. But Centralis will not assist you in doing so in any way.

I urge you to reconsider, these AI are spreading to nation after nation. We must unite under this common threat. I would never ask to station troops in your nation to keep an eye on things. If you wanted to do something like that internation obdservers would be the way to go.

YOu were the one who started this war in the first place by attacking one of our allies(at the time of the attack). Now you want to keep an eye on us when we simply coming to the aid of an ally? This makes on sense to us.

being an island nation, we are isolated from these continental problems. If you wish to end the war in order to concentrated your resources elswhere( against AI threat), then something must be offeredd.

After talks with New Elysium we have reached a aggrement to end to war. New Elysium wants to sign a NAP with all nations of ODSN. USJ has already signed such a pact and urges all other nations to do so.

Centralis is prepared to sign such a pact with New Elysium, as long as it is honoured. We do not care what further actions the take against the Sovietskii Soyuz; we do not recognize it as a state.

Akiria is also an island nation. We have not spread AI. The Sovietskii Soyuz asked for our AI technology. We allowed them. We wished to start a trade. Why problem? If you do not wish AI. You do not get AI.

This is a word of warning to you, do not attempt to take over any other country with an AI. If you do we will be forced to respond to such actions. We have been recieving report in several countries how AI's that are in computers you sold to them and trying to take controll. Stop this or we will make you stop.

AS chair of ODSN I call a meating of all member nations. One of our allies was attacked by some nation with nuclear weapons and slealth bombers. We must find the nation that did this, for we cannot stand for such attacks. Please voice your thoughts in this matter and help in the investigation any way you can.

Centralis has already condemned the attacks on Alecrast (presumably that is to whom you are referring), and has deployed several divisions of paratroopers into Flaim to assist in resotring order. We also have several billion centrals pledged in aid to Alecrast, and our intelligence agencies are currently trying to work out who did it.

Suomi has decided to act swiftly and it has declared a state of emergency in foreign affairs, so in the case of a possible war, the army will be ready and on high alert. We also codemn the attacks as atrocities.

Does the ODSN have any position on the civil war in Sheepsta? according to the Sheepstan parliament, the rebel troops have been committing genocide, and the establishment of democracy in Sheepsta would remove a major source of regional instability.

The USJ postion is that we need to support the government and defeat the rebel forces in Sheepsta. The rebels must be stoped at all costs and urge all member nations to help in this effort.

The new Premier of the United States of Sheepsta's government in exile agrees that something must be done about the Holy Empire of Sheepsta. We need to disbale the nukes, my partisians will be able to do this, and gain beachheads on the island. Most of the navy and their air force are still lyal and still intact. Some regiments in the Holy forces are secretly with the USS. We need to eliminate this threat before the region becomes embrolied in a war.
