How much booze do you drink?

I drink a bottle of red wine about every other week. I drink it all on one night, beginning w/ my evening meal. Then, depending on the time of year I'll drink 2 beers a month or more out w/ friends. In the Phils I'll drink 10-15 a beers a week.

I drink while I'm out in town on Monday, Friday and Saturday until I'm drunk. If I'm at a pub on any other day I'll just drink three or four pints depending on what we are doing, like playing pool or watching football.

I never drink alone.

Matt, society says drinking alone is bad, but I've never let that stop me and it hasn't turn me into a drunk yet. I don't know, I guess it could be bad though.

I virtually never drink. I might have a glass or two for NewYear's Eve, but that's it. Strangely people who drink feel better that I don't.

Go out once, twice a week, and will drink on average 5-6 pints when doing so. I'll competely let go about once a month and drink a lot more (think weekly recommended amount of units in the frist couple of hours), but that doesn't happen that often.

I seem to average three nights a week though more then half of them consist of beer or two while watching the T.V..

2-4 Beer if I´m going out with friends,
One or two glasses of wine in Restaurants
and maybe one Bottle of wine every one or two months.

But I´m not going out very often lately, maybe just once per week, and on some weeks not at all.
Too busy with other, more important things at the moment

Isn't there a thread like this already on this board... "what Drugs do you do"? All these posts can easily be placed in that thread, so why the extra thread?

Btw, I don't drink. I'm allergic to alcohol.

I stopped drinking pretty much last year. For some reason, I suddenly stopped getting the kind of drunk I used to get and instead would just get sloppy and lazy if I drank like 6 or 7 drinks, and anything more would just get me sloppy, lazy and sick.

I don't know what happened... drinking used to be fun.

Two or three times a week about 6 pints, every now and then more or a lot more. Other days, nothing or up to about three beers. Every now and then some stronger liquor like whiskey or jenever as well, a couple of glasses a week on average.

Water is good.

But when the water is ajusted with just a little .... (choose the addictives yourself, malt-rawfruit.....-what-ever), then the water makes life a little funnier.

Like many other Scandinavians I grew up learning that drinking anything else than water with dinner on weekdays is unhealthy and maybe even sinful and that alcohol is mainly for partying. If you open a bottle (vodka or wine or whatever), you'll have to finish it. You don't see many sober people in the streets here on friday and saturday nights

When I drink, I drink anything from 6 - 12 pints or more. I don't drink much of the harder stuff anymore... No drinking to night though, I'm down with the flu
