AFA Soccer- Apolyton Nation's Cup
Due to the recent wars in recent times, Pasiphae wishes to propose the formation of the Apolyton Football Association. Pasiphae also hope that the first AFA competition, the Apolyton Cup of Nations, can begin soon.
Pasiphae Soccer is entering the competition and we hope that many other countries will enter. May all conflicts between nations end on the beginning of this tournament, and may this tournament help the Apolyton region come together after the wars.

Antlerkovistan will send its national football/soccer (not football/handmelon) team to the league.
Would anyone be interested in a regional baseball league (say, a fantasy league)?

The DT of the MC has also decided to join the AFA. Keep an eye out -- we're the ones in tie-dye jersies.

The Zoran Zoros will enter your soccer league, however football is not a national past time in Zoran and is just begining. Our youth occupy themselves with basketball and track and field. However, the Zoros are eager for a test of skill and endurance with any other nation in this league

Tupan's national team, which is recognized in all the world as one of the best soccer teams ever , gladly joins the AFA league.
In a recent friendly match against a combined team from CFC region, we won 7-0, and our players are in very good shape for future events.
Here's Tupan's uniform (ok, so it is a horrible drawing, but I'm not exactly known for my drawing abilities ):

actually this is a nice drawing.
Sadly, we cannot join at the moment since we lack the funding for pro-sports ( we invest all sports funding in amateur and nationwide sports activity, to increase the health of the population )

The Wine National Team would like to invite Tupan for a friendly match in the Nebbiolo Stadium.
This will help both teams getting in better shape for the AFA Cup.

It, of course, stands for Quality Assured Product

Altough RNFAR is infamous for it's (lack) of support in the field of professional sport,
a national football team has been formed, and it has joined the AFA.
Several commercial football teams from Renchze and Syhcez have also suggested an
separate league for invididual teams, called Champions Of The Apolyton (COTA).

Uberlandia's national team is barely mediocre in international play, but a government sponsored program to recruit children of promising ability will make Uberlandia a soccer/football powerhouse in a few years.

You beat us because our captain decided to move the silly mid-on to 3rd man and the amount of thick outside edges your 6th man did made it impossible for our 2nd and 3rd slip to catch them.
You also forget to mention we won the other 6 in the series, and in the 7th ODI we happened to win by 10 wickets after your stellar performance of 76 all out after 36 overs

When football was still football, Matzania used to be a leading power. No nation could beat Matzania in their home arena "Petzi Stadion" for over 8 years, they were among the best. When football got more and more commericalized, Matzania lost its dominant popsition. The best players moved to more wealthy nations with less restrictions in advertising and the M-League didn't have the means to educate young talents. Still, Matzania joined the AFA but right now, Matzania will find it very difficult to even qualify for any AFA event, even less its clubs!

Falangusta's "Yellows" will gladly join the AFA. We are currently untrained in this modern sport, which is new to us, but with our discipline and honor, we shall rule the championship in a few years !

The Dictatorship of Azur will gladly send a team of referees to the cup. Our country cannot provide players, however, as we find it too much interesting to debate the rules rather than play. In fact, we prefer rugby because rules are called laws and you feel so much better enforcing laws rather than rules.

If you're interested, I could die-roll a championship - I've invented a complicated system to make die-roll results pretty realistic. (And yes, it's possible to bribe me - I call this the referee-variable )
