At any difficulty level that seems very improbable.

Civ1: can't be modded
Civ2: excessive exploits; ICS, etc
Civ3: game is linear- yes there are the different national advantages for more choices, but these are choices made at the start, from which a predetermined course is proceeded on. The tech tree doesn't help.
CTP1: Not that much to complain about, I like the future stuff.
CTP2: Lots of bugs

Civ I: Too old!
Civ II: Dreary end-game. Conquest-style victories boring to plough through, especially after tech has been maxed out.
Civ II Multiplayer Gold: AI too keen to gang up as one on you if you get ahead on it.
Civ III: Loathsome interface, interface sound effects and civilopedia graphics.
SMAC: Sci-fi tosh.
CtP: Derivative, unnecessary tosh.

I assume you are referring to the battleships in 4000 BC. No, not a standard game, I don't believe so.

CIV3- The inability to combine workers into some sort of worker gang.
CIV3-Inability to change a Civilizations name when a PBEM is started.
C3C-Corruption model is less than desireable. FP is not powerfulenough. Im not asking for RCP back, Im just asking that the FP again be something more usefull like in PtW.

Civ1: Annoying caravans/spys
Civ2: Annoying caravans/spys, was played in a window
Civ3: Lousy governments, feature bugs (culture flipping, etc)
Ctp1/2: Bugs, too much micromanagement (annoying trade system, PW, etc)
SMAC: Colors, too much micromanagement with unit-creation

No it wasn't... Amiga doesn't have Windows
Never tried the PC version of the game, so I have no idea how different it was from the Amiga version...

Okay. Haven't played any other version than the Windows version and a DOS version I have understood was released a while after. I might be wrong on that though, I wasn't very old at that time, born in 1986 and all.

Amigas did have windows (note little w), occasionally.
Civ1 was not windowed in them days. You also had to keep changing discs unless you turned off lots of options.

What are the worst things?
Civ 1: 1 hp units (made combat far too unpredictable)
Civ 2: the game was way too easy to win (I never lost once on any level!)
Civ 3: AI settler diarrhea

I'm just old enough to remember when Floppy Discs were floppy and looked like vinyl album covers.
