What's your "strange" drink?
Well this is a blatant knock-off of MrFun's thread. Any fans of bizarre drinks out there?
All I can lay claim to is introducing a whole lot of Americans to the glory of using lingonberry juice as a vodka mixer and my kiwi-pineapple-rum sangria

Normally I just drink beer, once in a while I drink Scotch on the rock, and for some odd reason I occasionally mix whiskey with tonic water.
I picked that last one up while I was in the army. The crusty old sargent who told me about it said he drank it because tonic water contained Quinine which halped to guard against malaria. Why on earth he needed to guard against malaria in Korea is beyond me, but, for some stupid reason I still make the drink.

Ah! The bourbon & collins mix. Sounds intriguing, doesn't it? That's the trick...
Victim No. 1: Hey Zkribbler, what're you drinking?
Zkribber: Bourbon and collins mix.
Victim No. 1: Sounds intriguing. I think I'll make myself one. [mix, mix, mix, slurp] Yuck! This is disgusting!
Zkribbler: Really? I'll take it off your hands for you. [drink, drink, drink]
Victim No. 2: Hey Zkribbler. What're you drinking?
Zkribbler: Bourbon and collins mix.
Victim No. 2: Sounds intriguing. I think I'll make myself one. [etc. ad infinitum]
Sure, it tastes like swill. But you get your drinks brought to you all night long.

if you got a cold
Get a pint of fresh apple cider
Get a quart of pinch scotch
Throw both in freezer, or on window sill here in Canada.
When both are freezing cold pour small glass of scotch
and add i teapsoon of cider syrup (it';s so cold) to the
top. Do NOT stir. Drink. Repeat as necessary until cold cured.
Beats aspirin and orange juice

Pfizer Corp. (PFE) is making the announcement today that Viagra will soon be available in liquid form, and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power beverage suitable for use as-is or as a mixer, under the name "Mount and Do." Pepsi's proposed ad campaign
suggests: "
It will now be possible for a man to literally pour himself a stiff one."

I like Southern Comfort and orange juice. It has a much smoother taste than the usual gin and oj.

lionburger: ouch, that's a terrible idea. The worst drink I've ever tasted was apparently called a "screaming nazi." It is aptly named. Gawd, it was awful.
I don't have a "strange" drink, but I do have a bad habit of - once I'm feelin' good 'n tipsy - wanting to have a bit of this and a bit of that. This tends to lead to things like 6 beers + 2 glasses of wine + 1 rum&coke = nasty headache in the morning.

Well better than what some of my less-intelligent friends do: kool-aid powder and vodka shots...

A Green Monster.
A snakebite (half a pint of lager and half a pint of cider) with a double measure of blue curacao.
Looks and tastes like green washing-up liquid. But you can always identify your glass at parties, and nobody will steal it.

Hmm i don't have regular, but here's some I've had:
Snakebite and Black (but then again which UK student hasn't..) half cider, half lager shot of Ribena (blackcurrant concentrate).
Brain Haemorraghe: Vodka, Tequila, Bailey's, Grenadine. Called that because it looks like it as the Bailey's will curdle.
And the birthday special (also known as aPint of nasty or dirty pint): Shot of everything behind the bar in a pint glass, filled up with either some alcopop or Stella. Down in one. Puke, pass out, get your stomach pumped. What more do you want on your birthday...
