Sky Hydroponic Labs are satellites not facilities.

They will show up in the satellites screen.

Sattelites screen, press F6, for sky hydropnic, orbital power, nessus mining, & defense pod. These contribut to all of your faction's bases and are heop by the faction, not a particular base.

Geosynchronus sensor is a (single) base facility

I love this board. Because of this site I've picked up my unplayed 2 year old copy of SMAC and have started to learn it. In some ways I can't believe I didn't appreciate it and gave up on it so fast. But now I sure am glad that I did. I've become hooked on a 2 year old game! And get to reap the benifits of a board that's knows it inside out.

Now my wife smiles when she asks, "What are you going to do tonight?"

I'm new to the SMAC(X) universe and having a small problem. I've built several Sky Hydroponics Labs in several bases, only to have them not show up in the facilities list. But they still are a available as a possible item to be built. Anyone out there that can give a newbie a hand?
