if you're going to upgrade those, first tell me
A)how many formers you have
B) how much it'll cost
C) over what period will you be upgrading.
also, can you put some kind of colony pod in TBIBTU's Q, either sea or otherwise? we're going to need a few so if i can get most the bases with access to the sea of pholus making pods that's be great (and yes, that includes FWC bases DBTS )

Just two things that must be pointed out:
1) We're no longer at war witht he Uni, so stealing AAA would be an act of war.
2) Wouldn't it be better to get Fusion Power next? There hasn't been a tech polled so far, unfortunately.
