Ocean City - 2008: (Now uploaded to ADG's FTP)
Residential Pop: 19877
Commercial Pop: 3062
Industrial Pop: 7731
Ocean City is still growing, and this is putting a strain on city utilities. A new gas power plant was built, and a new water pumping station was built. Also, many streets were upgraded to roads as increased population puts a larger strain on transportation. We may install a bus system soon, if we can find the money. Building the new power plant and water pump cost money to build and maintain. However, increased income from taxes is helping this problem.
A radio station was built in the city, and more residential and commercial zones were upgraded from light to medium density. Also, a seaport was built, and new industrial zones were placed around it.

Also, please spare on the number of pictures used, since there's not much room on the place, where the site is placed (Well... at present time, there's still much storage, but if the number of pictures stays the same, it wont be long, before all room has been used, but if we keep it to max two pictures, each turn, it'll be ok I guess...)

If you read other people's posts (i.e. mine) you would have known about it even before playing your turn.
And since apparently you didn't, I don't suppose you continued my railroad connections into your city... Well, in that case it is too far for my population to ride to your city on roads, and they are all commuting to ADG for work...

No problem, Eli. I guess I should have put that as the first item on the list, since it was about the only important thing in there, together with the railroads.
ADG, next turn? But I thought Osweld was not done with the 08 one, no?
In any case, I am back in the game, wohoo.

Vovansim :
Can you, when playing your turn, open my city and make the railroad connection? This way your residents will get used to the idea of moving to Elipolis two years earlier.

OK, I just played my turn, and I did make the connection to your city, Eli.
Now, my city has shrunk a little bit, because I am still providing no education for the sims, but I hope more of them will come to work in your city now, Eli. They apparently had something missing in the transportation system, because despite the fact that both ADG and Eli have lots of industrial developments, the industrial demand in my city is still sky-high. That means that my folks aren't getting the jobs for some reason...

Could you please post the stats (It'll be too much work, if I have to find all the stats for all the cities, myself)

Played and uploaded.
Vovansim :
My rail-road system was established. But we're seem to be having this slight problem... None of your residents commute to my city. The number of passengers using my railroad system is zero.
Does anyone knows what can be the problem?
R - 2431(+7%)
C - 1432(+30%)
I - 8671(+2%)
I was out of money and had to spend everything I had, so not much growth. Lots of my industry is not developed yet.

Kregston
Population: 11 239
Commercial Jobs: 2314
Industrial Jobs: 1 148
Kregston is still in a depresion. All of the diry industry has left Kregston for Elipolis, but there is not a large enough demand for manufacturing and high-tech to take it's place, and they are slow to move in because the industrial zones are full of abandoned factories and warehouses. Our commercial offices have also begun to leave the city, although we have had some success filling the limited demand for low-wealth commercial retail, it hardly makes up for the larger outlets that have left the city.
Because the growth of the manufactoring industry is so slow, the middle class is starting to shrink and there is no longer a demand for medium-wealth residence. Infact, there only thing there is a demand of now is low-wealth residence. However, since all of industry has left Kregston, half of the lower-class population is left unemployed and many houses are being abandoned despite the huge demand for housing. I believe poor transportation services are to blame for this, as they likely find the commute to elipolis too difficult - although I have made sure there are many bus stops and train stations available.
Due to the lack of income we've also had to cancel the garbage deal to Elipolis. (And we are currently looking for a better sollution to our garbage problem)
You can download it here, or on ADG's ftp.

Ocean City: 2010 (Now Uploaded to the FTP)
Residential Pop.: 24748
Commerical Pop.: 3950
Industrial Pop.: 8214
At the beginning of this turn, the commercial and industrial sectors were in decline, and my tax base was eroding. However, the industrial demand is now positive again, commercial demand is now about to break even, and residential population kept growing. The budget problems were fixed with new tax money from new residents and the construction of a casino.
Also, Eli and ADG: I connected my rail line with your two cities, you might want to check the connections.
