The United States of America
I need a large, blank outline map (of the 48 lower states) thats large. Not printing it, just putting it up for display on the monitor. Preferably it would fill up a 1024.768 screen, though it can be slightly smaller.
It must be very simple. Just lines, basically. No rivers, no cities, nothing like that.
And for a bonus, could someone also find either a full 50-state county map or at least individual maps of states (The most important being Texas, Utah, Florida, California, and Arizona).
Whoever does any of these things gets a prize.

Thats painfully small and it has labels....Also, I will need to fill in the map with color so a map without shades is also highly preferable.

Resized to 1024 width? No problem at all. Wait, the forum thinks it's too wide and my webspace is down. So here, I'll zip it:

Ixnay, I'm beginning to love you
But beginning is not all the way. Ill only love you IF....You can resize it one more time so that its a bit LONGER (this may not be possible.) and so Alaska and Hawaii are not there at all.

Do you mean you want it taller? Stretching it would distort it, but I could expand the canvas with more white space.

1024x768, cropped to be as wide as possible, no distortion, no Alaska or Hawaii:

Problem is, its both of lower quality and coloring is a pain (Multiple states being coloured)
http://www.sportscharms.net/images/Maps/usa%20map.gif
could you possibly take two saves of this image (one on the extreme left ,the other on the right) and possibly paste them together like a puzzle so that it fits PERFECTLY? Though it would be bigger than the desired size, I can scroll.
The states being SLIGHTLY cut off is fine (Though Alaska and Hawaii, since they are not needed, can be completly or partially cut off. Whichever).
Thanks

The quality should be just fine, and I checked and the borders between the states are all solid. Might have something to do with it being a .png, so here it is as a .gif.

Alrighty, I'm waiting to see how he photoshops it. I'm certain there will be a punch line soon.

What else could it be? A type of black hole in an otherwise decent and thriving environment.

Actually, I thought the map I tried to provide was fairly well-done.
