Quantum computer.
Teleporter.
Money that grows on trees - preferrably one that directly deposits the money in my bank account.

Good one Boris.
For me?
Enertron- A device that provides the equivalent of eight hours of sleep in just a few minutes.

All of these are good suggestions; however, I'd say the teleporter
If I had all of the time that I spent delivering myself to and fro, I'd be able to do the work-outs, get the sleep, make the money, and more.
However, Enertron sounds like a nice substitute if the telporter isn't coming around anytime soon
Drake, how the hell do you expect us to get pills through our medical system?

Imagine how revolutionary it would be if something like the Enertron were created. We spend about a third of our day sleeping usually. People would have unprecedented free time to learn new things and so forth.
I would probably still sleep every once in a while though since it's something I enjoy.

I've thought long and hard about this. I'd like an omnipotent computer that I could query any question possible and get a detailed explanation. With this computer would be a USB component that is as follows: a small box... a pebble is placed in this box, and transforms the pebble into anything I want when I put a drop of water on it. I describe what I want to the computer and it engineers the device/object. This computer would also have an advanced AI whose sole purpose is to serve me. Of course, it has voice recognition abilities and such. That way, my one object/device could create anything else I wanted. It's the gift that keeps on giving

Actually...throw out all of my previous suggestions.
a Time Warp Virtual Reality Room.
That, my friends, would be THE thing. I think I'd die from starvation if there wasn't an auto-boot from the room every so many hours. (Hopefully that's a feature.)
