Manifest Destiny
It's finally done, hint hint.
Of course the sequel still has to be done, but i need to refuel the tanks first, I am, as Chrisus has often worried, a little burned out.

Lots of stuff here....
It'll take long enough, at this rate, for me to have 2 stories in it again.

Since I read that it was ok to nominate one's own work, I will take the shameless step of nominating my own story, 'The Final War'.
Thankyou

Ummm, I hate to disapoint you, Lycurgus, but your story already participated in a contest. Story Contest 14:
http://www.apolyton.net/forums/showt...79#post1605279
Unfortunately, it didn't make it into the finals.

Temujins Cold Fury by Sulla,
It took me a while to read the whole thing both here and on his own webpage, but it is very well written and deserves this nomination.

Erm there appears to be a mistake Mr Darkcloud you have put Temujins Cold Fury on the list of entrants but you have also said its by me.
Although I would be more than happy to take all his credit I think Sulla might not see it in quite the same light.
Be a good chap DC and change the link to Sulla, thanks.
EDIT Thanks DC

I'd like to do a news item on a few contests, so I'll have the run off as soon as we get 8 nominations here
We don't want to go too fast and make people burn-out their interest in the contest
then again, we don't want to go too slow- but we have managed to do 3 contests to the finals in 2 months- which is faster than normal! (I think)
