I also have a contact, male, named "Pat," whose full name is "Patsy." Who the **** names a male son "Patsy?!"

Other than the fact that it won't fit you as an italian...

As for the names, one of the guys in our dorms is named Man Hung... He's asian, so for them it is probably a normal name.

Kinda off topic...

I was hitchhiking a long time ago. I was in some small town in Northern Ont. (can't remember which one). It was raining really hard so we found a church doorway with an overhang to stand under. There was windows on the door, and inside there was plaque on the wall with a list of past deacons right back to 1911. It listed the years they served (Classen, Pat - 1953-1958, etc.) Half way down there was the weirdest thing. "Death, Sam - 1971- 1973". I laughed so hard I almost pissed myself. I swear to God I am not making this up, I soooooo wish I had a camera. I told the story to every car that picked me up for the next 3 days

yes, I was going to post about the daftness of adding a totally unneeded letter into a name as in Iain, or Claire.
