It's not vegans, it's stupid ones. Anyone on an intelligent vegetarian diet knows about B-12 deficiency, and the non-meat food sources for it.

Engivita yeast on popcorn tastes great! It's also one of the best sources of B-12. It's good on salads as well.

This news is so old, that even my mother remembers it. Oh yes, it's about vegans, not vegetarians...
Don't forget, you can also get the B-12 from BEER!

EAT MEAT
My baby cousin is almost a vegan, and her fricking collarbone broke when a friend threw a waterbottle at her as a joke. She's a slow healer as a veggie. I don't believe vegetarian bullsh*t at all

I hate this veggie thing. I hate vegetables.
Ok, so I don't hate vegetables. Maybe I'll die sooner than a veggie, but at least I'll die happy.

Exactly.
Want to know why gastrointestinal cancers and disorders are the most common in western countries? Meat. Same goes for the high prevalence of cardiovascular disorders.
Anyone and everyone can live quite with the absence of meat from their diet

The benefits of a vegetarian diet go well beyond just being heart healthy.
You can't say the same for castration.

sure you can. lower blood pressure, less cell damage due to free radicals. It's all true research.
There are also great benefits in reducing amounts of female hormones as well.

Like I said, you can achieve the same benefits without having to lose your....ahem.
A healthy vegetarian diet also improves the metabolism and removal of toxins from your body (like the ones found in meat). Meat is obsolete.

But Meat is FAR, FAR tastier .
Why live long if you don't enjoy it?

Have you ever tasted just plain, strait-off-the-cow-and-onto-your-plate meat? It doesn't taste verygood without seasoning and spices (or artifical flavouring). This is especially true for the low-grade meat you get out of factory farms. I bet your regular fast-food hamburger would taste pretty horrific if it wheren't for all the artifical flavouring they're loaded with.
The taste you love so much either comes from a plant or a test tube.

That most meat gets it's taste from seasoning and spices (plants), doesn't say anything to you about how good plants can taste?
Most people's experience of vegtables are limited to things like peas and boiled cabbage that go along with their steak. If you bothered to try real, quality, vegetarian meals you wouldn't think that it all "tastes like ****".

I would become a vegetarian if I was still allowed steak...
...and pork chops, beef joints, lamb and chicken

Fresh meat is the best! Especially pork chops
But aside from a bacon cheese burger and a little chicken every one in a while I stick to veggieness pretty easily, its easy to make really tasty rice/stir fry/curry dishes with no meat...
