Looking for a more advanced German patch...

Help would be appreciated, I'm trying to improve my
studies by surrounding some of my free time with German language...

The official SMAC 4.0 German patch has many, many English files
(for example, the gaians.txt is fully English)

Has anyone translated any invididual files, therefore "repairing" the patch
to a better direction... so are there any "unofficial" files, if so, could someone
tell me where they are located?
