(Un?)official: What threads should be topped?
I don't know if this should be considered an official (because I'm Alpha Talent) or unofficial (because I'm not the one doing the topping) poll, but who cares. Personally I think too many threads are topped. To quote myself:
Quote:
|
I mean, half of the first page is already taken by topped threads. That kind of defeats the purpose of topping them: making them more clear and searchable. Isn't it already sufficient that many of the topped threads (the name thread, region threads and internal affairs thread to be specific) have a link in the ACDG directory? I mean, finding important threads and polls easily despite falling of the first page is the very reason the directory was created.
|
Also I do not see any reason why the acdg pbem thread needs to be topped. A pbem game is simply a personal affair between some people. It has nothing directly to do with the demo game itself.
That's why ask you to vote what threads you would like to see topped. Multiple choice, no time limit.

As you may have noticed from my biased post above, I voted against the regions threads, DIA office, smacdg pbem and the name thread.

The region, DIA and turn reports can be put in the ACDG Directory, same goes for the Term X government threads.
Orders, Constitution, ACDG Dir, nominations and elections should remain topped.

What do other people think of this? Four votes plus one xenobanana hardly are representitive (sp?) I believe.

If you can assemble a few extra votes, I'll consider implementing the results.

I agree with Main_Brain, now that FM passed, the CCCP has become the first force of opposition, seconded by the STEP. Meaning that three directors are part of the opposition, while only the commisioner is part of the majority

So what? The people have spoken: they don't want Green, and they don't want Planned, they want FM. Besides, I though you were against elites making decisions, hmmm?
EDIT: And didn't you claim that you intended to obey the will of the people when running for DSE, hmmm?
