We could use a scenario or two based on a civil war. I mean, one or another of the various civil wars around the world. Even the constant warfare in the Balkans or something.

The only info I have is that Japanise sceanario will probably be finished before next patch.

Sengoku will probably be released prior to the next patch, but Mike isn't
here today so I am not completely sure about that.

He mentioned the "Sengoku Jidai" period of Japan. So it should be about the civil war between the Daimyo clans in Japan after the collapse of the Ashikaga Shogunate.

Considering that it's the 16th and Firaxis hasn't officially spoken I'd say that the 18th isn't going to happen. Especially since the town Firaxis is located in is currently undergoing 'a major snow event', 2-3 feet in an area that has issues dealing with 6 inches. I'd be shocked if any of them got back into work before the 18th.

I'd say either 6 weeks or 42 days, depending on what the groundhog saw... (this joke specifically for those from the Great Lakes- Mid-Atlantic states), apologies to all others...

It's going to be nearly totally bug fixes and speedups to MP (as opposed to new features).

I really hope they don't forget to fix all the game-breaking bugs in PBEM, as they seemed to have not done in 1.04 and 1.14... I mean seriously now, using one bug I can build an army of infinite proportions in one turn.

Documented it where?
I'd figured that a bug like being able to build 50 units on turn 1 without anyone noticing would be found a while ago...
