Well it doesn't look like a problem related to the City Capture option, as the current code gives only the human this feature. You can use the cheat editor to change to the Romans and conquer the city on your own and see what happens. But I have the suspicion that there is a problem in changing the civ.

By the way if you just want to see everything on the world you don't need the satelit, you just need to lift the fog of war. It is a button on one of the tabs of the Cheat Menue.

If you can't switch to the Romans you can also post the save game here. But first try the /reloadslic trick.

If you go into the cheat mode again, in empire tab there is a display in the top right with the name of your empire and arrows to move back or forward. Click until you find the Romans and then exit the editor and you should be the Romans. However, I have had trouble with this part of the editor and it may not work.

Thanks for the response. I already tried the reloadslic but it didn't do jack. That's when I wanted to see what was going on. I'll do the being the Romans from the cheat editor.

Thanks again

No I'm not. I'm using GoodMod for SAP2 with the unitupdater2 in a huge map.
