It doesn't really matter, I wasn't going to sign a RoP with Greece anyway.

Yes, but if it didn't pass, we don't have authorization for even war with Persia. It comes down to whether or not vote-switching is allowed.

A tie means the bill fails. It needs 50% plus 1 vote to pass.

Though for the record I would like to change m vote to yea, wouldn't that make it a 19-17 win.

Aggie, others have expressed their desire to change to no.
Clearly, this is a message from the people, yelling out for the end to our endless wars.

Yep.
Amazing to see a tie happen twice in our brief history. Lucikly this one is much easier to decide than a tie in an election.

I obviously didn't pay enough attention in the last couple of days. For the record my vote would be NO for war. If you can change your vote, than I can add my vote...right. Obviously, it is not right to change or add a vote. As Panag stated, once it's cast it's done.
Excellent plan Road Cage; but where is the big benefit? I see none.
I think the voting process is fine. The proponents for war did a good job of planning the war, but a poor job of planning their bill. The underestimated the desire for peace by many. But more importantly, the underestimated the opposition to ROP. Two strategic errors that cost them this election. There is nothing wrong with the process.
Warmongers option is to send another bill. My vote will be NO, but it will probably pass.
