Yugoslavia calls upon the USSR to return to the purist form of Marxism, that embraced by our Glorious and Heroic Leader, President and Marshall Tito, noting that closer relations with the Soviet Union are most certainly welcome.

don´t forget that an alliance between the US and the USSR isn´t allowed ....
also an alliance between NATO and the USSR is not allowed ....
