nice round. couple of questions though - where was the transport when it was attacked and sunk? The transport for the gems in the area I had suggested does seem to be still in the water... Also curious as to how you managed celebrating cities - looks like we could have taken better advantage of it in a couple cases (Seville and Vigo come to mind at first glance)
I'll take a look at everything and see what type of polls and comments i need to put forth

The transport was sunk in the waters between Seville and Nagoya. It was on its way carrying 2 gem caravans to the Chinese. And apologies for mismanaging any celebrating cities.

I think it sounds like an entirely satisfactory session. Good work by President Ixnay!

Its not so much as mismanaging - most grew Its just the spread of workers after they grew

Can't blame Ixnay for that, it's a feature of the AI.
That being said:
The celebration jumped our population up 4 million people!
Ixnay.

We grew almost 2 million in population. That's good. I will be examining all the cities for useful Worker adjustments. On first glance, it seems to me that President Ixnay did a really good job of it.

Wonder why I thought 4 million? Must be thinking of an earlier save.
Thanks for the correction, cavebear. Will look at the save tonight, post tomorrow.

Enough that we should be rushbuying certain things
Otherwise... it looks good, despite the lack of progress in the science area

Why do we have unescorted transports running around bewtween cartenna and naples? there are several naval units in the vicinity that could be used as escorts.
I'm also curious to learn where the 3 food caravans in obladi are heading.
Since you have rearranged all the naval unit patrol areas of the previous president, it is curious that that there are still two units in St. Praski that have not been moved.

I suspect that the food caravans are headed towards seville, but since we seem to no longer have a ferry between pamplona and Cadiz, they are stranded
Agreed on the military in St Pratski, although if we move the destroyer, I would like to see it rehomed, as malaga can celebrate this turn, but not if it has military abroad
