The "independents" are simply those who have not yet allied themselves with one of the three major political parties. As independent citizens they still have the same rights as any other members of the senate.
Those who do not wish to participate in a major way are considered "foreigners". They may incorporate themselves, as you did, to the sentate with the sole condition that another senator backs up their petition. In this case, I have backed up your petition (and even if I didn't, I'm sure some other senators would have) and you have every voting right that any other senator has.
As I said in my previous post, any other "foreigners" who wish to join the German empire as noble citizens are free to post their petition to do so. I am sure that me, or any other member of the German Patriotic Party (PPA) will be glad to sponsor their admition. After all, politics is not just making sure one party rules over another. True nationalistic politics is making sure that each party's contribution is taken advantage of to ensure that our glorious empire becomes what it deserves to be.
In the end it does not matter who wins or loses, the important thing is that the German empire benefits from whatever political desicion is reached. That, is the true spirit of democracy!

Hay que hacer algo para hacer la partida más dinamica.
Demasiada politica y muy poca partida.

Totalmente de acuerdo, ademas, casi todos han votado durante las primeras 24 horas, llevamos un dia sin que casi nadie haya puesto el suyo.
En fin, al terminar las elecciones habremos de proponer una seria revision constitucional para agilizar todo.

Hay reportes de que las boletas en Leipzig estaban muy confusas... 
En fin, a ver si para la prox. eleccion hay mas participacion, lo malo es que esta fue durante el 14 y seguro estaban muy ocupados ligando...y el 15 donde seguramente estaban muy ocupados protestando.

Como primera cosa que debes hacer como electo presidente, es elegir que nobles ciudadanos te acompaniaran como ministros en tu gabinete.
Tambien llamar a referendum para modificar la constirucion con la porpuesta de rebajar el plazo maximo para las convocatorias de 72 a solo 24 horas.
