City Destruction Question - Apolyton Civilization Site Forums

PJNagrom Settler Local Time: 16:06 Local Date: November 1, 2010 Join Date: Dec 2002 Posts: 26	City Destruction Question What is the criteria for destroying a city instead of taking it over? Sometimes I keep a 1 city and convert it, sometimes it gets razed automatically. Sometimes when I'm a Despot, sometimes when I'm a Monarch. What's the key What am I missing?
