Map seeds
I just started a new game on a really nice map, and i would like to know how can i see whats the number of the world seeds.

Look in the ptw.ini file in the CIV3PTW folder. It contains the current world seed number.

Worked for me, did you put in all the other values (world size, etc.) They all have to be exactly the same or you won't get the same world.

If you have begun a game and then (accidentally or on purpose) hit the quick start button, that new gamestart/map will be reflected in the ini, even though you may be playing the game/map generated earlier.

Will the .ini give a world seed number of a world loaded from an old save?
