Body, Mind, or Soul?
Which of these three areas do you focus on? Do you focus on your body, your mind, or your soul?

I've given up on soul. Haven't focused much on body in my life, except in the past 6 months, and have been studying and learning and reading actively since I was 3 and a half. So yeah, I think mind.

Soul by a mile. It drives everything I do.
Those other 2 things just assist.
The soul transcends body, mind, and this earth.

It's about demons.
More specifically, it's about demons of the mind, and how people have been exocising them. A must read for everybody.

Ohhhhhhh now that sounds like my kinda book.
This isn't one of those anti-spirit books that leaves you with an empty feeling is it? The reviews on Amazon make it sound that way...

The body.
The mind is part of the body and the soul doesn't exist.

You'd change your mind if you've seen Uretha Franklin sing St. Leo!

Urethra Franklin?
Oh the mind definitely. I'm an atheist (soul?) and the body is merely a unit to transport my brain around and to feed in basic raw data. F**k it, in years to come I'll have a nice jar to do that for me

Mind and Soul.
By mind, I do not mean intellectual or educational pursuitsm which is what I think most people associate it with, so I will go with soul.

I can't vote, since I'm trying to focus on all three at this point in life.
Mind -- academic work, studies, independent reading, discussions
Soul -- past few months I have been trying to find some active, meaningful way to affirm my belief in God and Jesus without compromising who I am; I might convert to a Protestant denomination that is more progressive towards homosexuals, but I don't know for sure yet
Body -- my increased effort for more nutritious eating on day-to-day basis, and my regular workout routine that I do four days a week for 40 minutes (gay community has this philosophy; no pecs, no sex)
Actually, not sure where this fits in, but for the past four months I chose to abstain from one night stands, and waiting to find the right guy to start a monogamous relationship with.

I would have to rate Soul as my primary focus, if that entails looking after the "me" part of me. By which case I mean ensuring that I am happy, fulfilled, etc.
My mind comes second. Without some form of intellectual stimulation I would go insane.
Body last. My resolution to eat lots regularly and exercise every day generally gets implemented as eat little and exercise twice a week at most. I need to work more in this area.
