What search engines do you use?
I use pretty much just Google these days. I think I have used Yahoo! once in the last six months. What about you?
What about specialised search engines, such as for medical or psychological info.

Yahoo is Google. Try both and you'll find the returns are exactly the same. Yahoo gets their search results from Google.

Occasionally AltaVista's Babel engine. Although its so poor I'm better off thumbing my dictionaries.

Google mostly, and then some AllTheWeb and a bit less Teoma.
If I'm looking for scientific papers, though, I invariably start with CiteSeer.
BC: Google also has a translator (click on the little "Language Tools" link), don't know how much good that is, though, probably not much better.

They are identical.
I use AltaVista merely because I used that translator first, and so I have it in my favourites list.

The civilized, superior humans use Google for their Internet searches.
The heathen, backwards humans use whatever other search engine(s) strikes their fancy.

I just like the Google interface - the word Google (possibly decorated if there's any special occasion), and a box in which your search for wisdom begins (plus a few adverts which are so discreet it took me two years to notice they were actually there).
Google - it does exactly what it says on the tin.

Google like the rest, but I do have bookmarks for the others in the poll, plus for Deja and Northern Light, and another one called W3.
But I don't use the others anymore- Google works just fine.
