Having reread my post which you responded to here, I think it may have seemed a little critical.
My intent was not to criticize others in this... merely the process. We are figuring this out as we go along to a large degree, and I think that we have a good group of citizens and form lively debate.
My comments were merely intended to illustrate a way that I feel the game experience can be improved, and should not be seen as a criticism of others prior actions.
I do look forward to a better process. Maybe the process needs to be discussed a little... since we will soon face increasing workloads and (micro)management.
