unsupported CPU error

Greets,

I get an "unsupported CPU" error message (in German however) when trying to run AC or ACX on my new XP computer. I installed the newest 2.0 ACX patch plus the Win 2000/XP compatibility patch, but that didn't help either.

Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?

How about doing a 'search' of the forums first, hmm?

I know the answer is here somewhere, you just have to look for it.

well I tried...

searching for "error" and "unsupported" provides no results and I can't search for "cpu" because it only has three letters

Allright, I got it. You have to change the voxel value in alphacentauri.ini from 0 to 1

Found it on EA support site
