How long before my manual comes for goodness sake?

I sent my $5 to EA back the third week in February. How long does it take for them to send it???

A week before that I sent them $5 for SimCity 2000. It arrived 10 days ago.

Anyone have any experience ordering the manual?

I don't get that. it got my manual with the game, together. Anyway, which one are you talking about? (SMAC or SMAX)

My SMAC came in a box, but with no manual. Instead, the manual is on the CD. (I think companies are pricing games cheaper and no longer including those beautiful manuals like the ones that came with my Age of Empires, RR Tycoon2, Civ 2, etc.)

Instead, on the little download instruction booklet included, there is a statement on the back that says you can clip that off and send $5 and get the manual
